Phoebe is a funny girl with loads of personality. When she isn’t giving you a kiss, she enjoys a nice belly rub. Her favorite pastimes are laying in the sun and cuddling with her foster family. She will also sing with you if you’d like to howl along. Phoebe can be shy with new people, but tasty treats help her like you faster and once you’re in the club, she likes you forever. Phoebe will go potty on her own in the backyard, on the puppy pads, and on walks. Walks are her favorite, but she is willing to compromise. This 2 yr old 12 lb gal will make a great addition to a loving family.
