Rumer was found trying to hitch a ride on the school bus in Los Banos. A boyscout on his way to school grabbed her and called his mom to help rescue - always prepared! We saw her come in to the shelter and followed her progress where her owners gave her up and since we promised to come get her if she wasn't claimed - that's what we did! She is friendly, lovable, eager to learn. She is 3 years old and approximately 20-25lbs.
