Pica is more than ready for her forever home. Her perfect person would be one that realizes she needs you to take it slow with her while she learns to trust you but once she does she will show you her funny/loving side. Pica was rescued the day before she was scheduled to be put down at the shelter. She's more of a single ladies dog. No big families or kids for her. She needs a home that wants to go on long walks, hikes or even would like to enter the agility circuit with her but is isn't looking for their dog to be the social butterfly that wants to have play dates with all the neighborhood dogs. Don't get us wrong Pica could live with other dogs but her preference would be to explore all the dog friendly hiking trails with you or beating that Border Collie in agility then retiring to the couch with you and her 1st place ribbon for a glass of wine for you and a bully stick for her....ahhhh life is good!
