Nemo was rescued by us after his mother gave birth in the shelter to eight healthy puppies. All of the puppies including Nemo were adopted out when they were10 weeks old but Nemo's family was not the right fit for him. Now Nemo finds himself looking again for the perfect home. This "little" guy around 50 lbs and is about 11 months old lives with dogs of all sizes in his foster home including one of his littermates and he does just fine. Nemo will need a home that is dedicated to continue training and socialization with him so he can be the wonderful dog we know he is. His perfect home will be an active one that likes to camp, hike, bike, and run and wants to bring their dog with them during all of these activities. We will also be looking for homes that are experienced with large dogs and know how to train them. Nemo looks like a German Shepherd in a corgi body. He loves to play with other dogs but most of all loves to give kisses to his people and snuggle alongside of them when they're watching TV. He does still have a lot of puppy in him so adopters will need to be prepared for the puppy antics such as chewing your best pair of shoes, your iPhone cord, or even the end table.
