Roxy was found as a stray. Most likely put out by a breeder when she didn't fit the bill of a PERFECT Maltese puppy. We saw her scared and alone in the shelter and could not say no to this beautiful little girl. Roxy is about a year old and weighs about 5 pounds. She is the perfect dog for those that want to take their dog everywhere with them. Stick this little pooch in a doggie purse and away you go. Don't get us wrong Roxy loves to run and play. Give this pint size pooch a squeaky toy and you will be entertained for hours. Roxy is good with dogs of all sizes. She loves her foster mom and dad and will follow them wherever they go. Because of her tiny size Roxy will do best with children over 4 years old. Not because she wouldn't get along but because small children could accidentally injure her. Roxy could easily go to dog friendly establishments with her family including the office with mom or dad. She can be your companion on the airplane as well. She could also be ok hanging at home while mom or dad are at work. She can be a only dog or could easily join a home with a canine brother or sister. You see Roxy can go to just about any home. She is crate trained and is well on her way to being potty trained in her foster home.
