Roscoe is is 9 year old little Velcro dog that loves his person. He is a go with the flow type of guy that will be a happy pup if he gets to be by your side. Don’t get us wrong he can handle time away from you while you run to the grocery store or dinner with friends but as soon as you get home he will demand the spot next to you on the couch while you settle in to watch your favorite TV show. Roscoe is potty trained in his foster home and seems to get along with other dogs. At about 16 pounds he is a perfect little co pilot and would love to join you when you go to all the dog friendly places in your neighborhood. Roscoe is hard of hearing but it doesn’t slow him down!
