Chili (Boy) and Pepper (Girl) are ready to start the search to find their forever homes. These two Rat terrier mix pups were in need of our help when their family could no longer care for them. They are now 12 ish weeks old. We expect their adult weight to be in the 15 pound range. They love nothing more than to run and play in the back yard then come in for a little TV watching next to their person. Don't let their small size fool you, these two pint size tornados need a yard to run in, lots of mental stimulation, an active family and structured rules just like their 70 pound counterparts. It's easy to spoil these little pooches and overlook poor behavior which can lead to a very misbehaved dog so we will be looking for homes that are ready to put the extra work in now so these babes grow up to be well behaved adults. This will result in a dog that respects you and everyone they meet. Chili and Pepper will be perfect size to join you in all your excursions including the moderate hikes you like to do before joining your friends for Sunday brunch.
