Mina is ready to find her forever home. This sweet 14 week old Cattle Dog was found at a local flea market where she was being given away. She was stuffed in a tiny crate in the heat. Thankfully a Good Samaritan took her into their care to get her out of the situation she was in then contacted us to see if we could help. Luckily one of our foster homes was open and said yes to taking her in until her perfect match could be found. Mina lives with multiple other dogs and does great. She is quite playful with everyone she meets so if there is a non playful or older dog in the house she may be a little too annoying and active for them. Potential adopters should have some herding dog experience because Mina lives up to the Cattle Dog characteristics. She likes to herd her people or get them to pay attention by nipping at their legs, she is sporty and fast and loves to be active and if we could test a dogs IQ, Mina would definitely bring in a score over 120. Her perfect home would be one that wants a 4 legged BFF to accompany them on all their outdoor activities. Whether it's hiking, camping, paddle boarding or heading out to meet friends for a doggie play date and lunch she is your girl. Mina will need someone dedicated to continuing her obedience training so she can become a good adult pooch. She is well socialized, crate trained and doing very well with her potty training.
